The sign up process is simple. Just follow the steps listed below and please note that submitting a service request does not guarantee the availability of our service.
Let us know what your child's transportation needs are. For example, you may want your child to be picked up from school on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays to be taken to a sports practice or a music class. You can do this in one of four ways:
Complete online individual service request form.
Complete online field trip service request form.
Call us at (980) 219-7020 to let us know what your transportation needs are.
Fax us at (980) 219-7020 to let us know what your transportation needs are.
Email us at email@example.com to let us know what your transportation needs are.
Once we have reviewed your service request, we determine if we service that particular area during the time requested and the available seating on that route. If your request is denied, we will notify you via email with an explanation and let you know if service will be available at a later date. If your request is approved, you will be notified via email with additional instructions.
